Where do you deliver?: We currently deliver throughout Winnipeg. Reach out via the contact form if you're just outside the city — we may be able to help.
How fresh are the mushrooms?: Every order is harvested the same week it ships. Most customers receive their mushrooms within 24–48 hours of harvest.
How do I store them?: Keep mushrooms loosely wrapped in paper towel inside a paper bag in the fridge. Lion's Mane and King Oyster will hold their texture for 7–10 days when stored this way.
Can I pay on pickup?: Yes. You can pay online by card during checkout or choose 'pay on pickup' and settle by e-transfer or cash when you receive your order.
Do you sell to restaurants?: Restaurant sales run through our co-founder Alex Kohut at Cal's Crops. Get in touch and we'll connect you.
Are these grown locally?: Yes — every mushroom is grown in our controlled-environment facility right here in Manitoba.
